 WAYNE R. SANDERS Director since May 2003 Audit Committee Chairman Wayne Sanders was recently named the non-executive of Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. Wayne is the former chairman and chief executive officer of Kimberly-Clark Corporation. He served as president and chief executive officer of Kimberly-Clark from 1991 until September 2002 and as chairman of the board from 1992 until February 2003. Wayne joined Kimberly-Clark in 1975 and held other senior positions prior to 1991. He serves on the board of directors of Texas Instruments Incorporated. Wayne serves as national trustee and Governor of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. |
