 WAYNE R. SANDERS Director since May 2003 Audit Committee Chairman Wayne Sanders has been the non-executive chairman of Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. since May 2008. Wayne is the former chairman and chief executive officer of Kimberly-Clark Corporation. He served as president and chief executive officer of Kimberly-Clark from 1991 until September 2002 and as chairman of the board from 1992 until February 2003. Wayne joined Kimberly-Clark in 1975 and held other senior positions prior to 1991. He serves on the board of directors of Texas Instruments Incorporated. Wayne serves as national trustee and as a Governor of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. |
