Login Credentials
- User name = Last four digits of your social security number + two digit birth month + two digit birth day + two digit birth year
- Example: SS# XXX-XX-0000 and birthday is November 06, 1971 – user id will be 0000110671
- Password = your full social security number (no spaces, no dashes)
- Example: SS# XXX-XX-XXXX – password will be XXXXXXXXX
